How Refills Work on an SMM Panel (and How to Request One in One Click)

Refills are the safety net of social media growth. Here is exactly how they work on LIGHTGAINS, so you always know where you stand.

Which services have refills?

Services with refill protection show a refill period on the order page — for example "30-day refill". Services without it say "No refill", so you can choose knowingly. We keep this information in sync with our providers automatically every hour.

When can I request a refill?

• The order must be completed or partial.
• You must be inside the refill window, counted from when the order completed.
• Only one refill at a time per order — duplicates are blocked automatically.
• After a refill request, the next one is available 24 hours later.

Your Orders page shows the status of every order's refill: available (with days left), in progress, next available time, or expired.

What happens when I press Refill?

We send the request to the provider immediately, record it in your refill history and keep checking its status. You get a notification when it completes — or if it is rejected, along with a link to open a ticket.

Can the AI assistant do it for me?

Yes. Ask "can I refill order 1234?" and it checks eligibility and requests the refill if the order qualifies.

What if refills are not enough?

If you are not satisfied with a service, open a ticket — refunds are available. Our services are organic and non-drop by design; refills are there for the rare cases where a platform removes accounts.
